STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The “Inaugural Ruffminster Dog Show & Fair,” was held yesterday at the Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds in Sea View.

The charity affair featured trail hikes, “doggie boot camp,” “howl-o-ween” competition and much more.
